Ingredients: 2 trout fillets (6 oz. each) 1 red apple, diced 1/2 c. finely diced celery1/2 c. finely diced onion 1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Cooking Instructions: Sauté celery and onions. Lay the open trout in a broiler pan. Sprinkle ingredients on the trout and bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts, pecans brown and trout is cooked. Top with chopped parsley.
