Yellow or Green Squash and Carrots
any combination and cut in long thin strips "spaghetti" style

Onion
diced

Tbsp
garlic
chopped

Tomatoes
diced

Parsley
chopped

Chicken Broth
Instructions
Saute the onion and garlic.
Add the other ingredients, cover and simmer. Serve.
Notes
You need a mandoline or some such cutter for this.
